Loch Fyne Famous Bradan Orach Smoked Salmon.

The Loch Fyne Smokehouse was founded in 1978 by a local landowner, John Noble and Andrew Lane a recent graduate in marine biology.

Between them they had the knowledge and resources to start what has become one of the UK’s largest oyster farms and a major player in the quality smoked and fresh salmon market.

The company was the subject of a management buyout. At the Loch Fyne Smokehouse, they pride themselves on their provenance, quality and sustainability
