Q How do I buy something from this site?A
Simply look on the left of the page and you will see the different product ranges we offer for sale. Click on the range you wish to view. Scroll down the page until you see the product you require, click the ADD TO BASKET button. The product will be put in your CURRENT BASKET, the contents of which are visable by clicking any of the  VIEW BASKET  buttons


COOKIES I have tried to add an item to my basket but when viewed the basket states NO ITEMS IN BASKET
AYour internet security settings may be set too high. Click on TOOLS. then INTERNET OPTIONS, then SECURITY. If your slider or settings are on HIGH or above this disables most COOKIES and many sites won’t function. Change your setting to MEDIUM and the site should function. How do I know how much is in my
basket ?
At the top right of every page is a running total of the number and value of the items in your current basket. At any time, on any page you can click the
VIEW BASKET button to see or alter what you have selected.


I have selected something that I no longer require.  How do I remove an item from my basket ?
AClick a VIEW BASKET button and click the REMOVE ITEM button . It will be removed


I have changed my mind and no longer wish to buy anything from the site.How do I cancel my order ?
AClick a VIEW BASKET button. You will be taken to the shopping basket. Click the CANCEL ORDER button.


How do I pay ?
AYou can pay by credit card on our secure site, send us a cheque or ask us to contact you to take your credit card details over the phone.


Is my credit card detail safe?
AYes, We use a Sage Pay payment gateway. All transactions are handled by Sage Pay. We do not see or save any of your Credit Card details 


Can I pay by cheque?
AYes you are given the option to pay by post. You can then send us a cheque. Please note the order will not be processed until we receive your cheque.
QHow do I pay using a Gift Voucher?AWhen you get to the Checkout you will see a box for you to insert you gift voucher number.
QHow much is p & p ?APostage and packaging varies on the weight of the parcel and the destination. After you have selected the delivery destination on the shopping basket and clicked PROCEED TO ORDER FORM, the carriage will be shown.  We have negotiated advantageous rates for our delivery service, which are passed on to our customers.
QWhat  packaging do you despatch the goods in?AAll goods are packed in sturdy, cardboard, plastic or polystyrene boxes, depending on the contents, with ample padding and refrigerated blocks where required.
QWhen will you despatch the goods?AGoods are dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday for next day delivery.  Alternative days for delivery can be made by arrangement .We ask you for the delivery date your require on the DELIVERY ADDRESS PAGE
QHow long do my purchases take to arrive with me?AOur delivery service for the majority of the UK is  next day . When we receive an order that cannot meet the delivery times, we inform our customers of their arrangements prior to despatch.
QWhat happens about damages or lost goods?AUntil our customers have signed for the goods “received in good condition” our deliveries are all insured and remain our responsibility. When a parcel is opened and found to be faulty, through the fault of ourselves or our carriers, then the responsibility remains with us.
